Dear HELLstra, A week after I was assured someone would get back to me in 5 days I called back. I was told that my issue had been referred to someone specific and they would call me. Four days later, still waiting. Starting to get wound up about this.
Dear HELLstra, I started this site because although I have been a loyal customer for many, many years, you are starting to get on my nerves. The phone service in our whole area has been out twice over the last month, for a total of three weeks. I am still waiting for a response to emails and phone calls, of course, nothing. When your service works it is fantastic, but any time I have to deal with someone there it is painful in the extreme. I can understand why people move away, unfortunately I doubt other carriers are much better (vodaphone is a good example and my experiences with Optus make you seem like heavenstra). So my hope is that this website will come to your attention, you will see the pain people suffer and maybe, just maybe someone will care enough to do something about it.
